For a long time, the streaming service Hulu has been hampered by a somewhat confusing and unattractive interface. But shortly after Disney took control of Hulu, a redesign started taking place. The redesign has been rolling out this summer to various platforms and now it’s available on all the major devices like Roku, Fire TV Stick, and Apple TV.
By most accounts, Hulu looks much better and is easier to use. Taking cues from Disney+ and Netflix, the content is organized in large graphic tiles that you can browse. Plus, the live TV guide looks better.
With a basic price point of $55/month for live TV, including all local channels except PBS, checking it out for the free trial period may be worth your time. Hulu with Live TV has about 65 channels and a 50-hour DVR.
